Mad Mike’s, Inc provides a private, consent-based family reminder service designed to help families remember birthdays, holidays, and similar personal events. By using this service, you agree to the terms below.

Initial website account creation is invite-only. Initial website account holders are emailed a secure, single-use invitation link to the new account holder's email address. Invitation links expire automatically after 7 days, and become permanently invalid once used. Public or open registration is not available.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a website account. It is the responsibility of the new account holder to ensure that the information they provide is accurate.

After creating your website account, you may add members of your family to your private family reminder group. Each family member receives a secure, single-use invitation link (valid for 7 days) and is shared privately with a family member you personally know (for example, by email or in person) where they can review the details and explicitly consent before receiving any SMS reminder messages.

Children and minors do not provide consent themselves. A parent or legal guardian must provide consent on behalf of a child before any reminder messages related to that child are sent. Guardian consent may be revoked at any time.

This service uses a consent-first process. An existing account holder generates a secure, single-use invitation link and shares it privately (for example, by email or in person). The invitation link itself does not enroll anyone in recurring SMS reminder messages.

Reminder SMS messages are only enabled after the recipient visits the invitation link and provides explicit SMS consent on the website. No automated SMS reminder messages are sent until this opt-in is completed.

Abuse of the service, including attempts to bypass the invite-only system, may result in account suspension or termination.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific delivery timing. Message delivery may be affected by carrier filtering, outages, or technical limitations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Mike’s, Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
