We collect basic account information such as your name, phone number and email address. When you add family members or invite them to join, phone numbers and birth-date information is only collected solely for the purpose of sending consent confirmations and SMS reminders.

Phone numbers are sent an SMS reminder only after explicit opt-in by the family recipient. Children and minors do not provide consent themselves; a parent or legal guardian must explicitly consent on behalf of a child before any SMS reminders related to that child are sent.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Information is used only to operate and improve the service, deliver SMS family reminders, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements. SMS family reminders sent through the service are non-marketing, informational family reminders.

SMS family message recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, family recipients may reply HELP to receive support information. SMS reminders and data rates may apply based on the family recipient’s mobile carrier plan.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect your data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain audit and consent records, or as required by law.

Account holders may remove family members from their Family List at any time. Family recipients who opt out will no longer receive SMS reminders from the service, except for a possible one-time confirmation.
